摘要
综述护理专业承诺概念、影响因素、测量工具的研究现状,其中主要综述影响护生护理专业承诺的内外2个主要因素——自我效能感、社会支持及与其的相关性,指出该研究领域在广度、深度上的不足之处。
It reviewed the concept, influencing pactors and research status of measurement tools of nursing professional commitment,and mainly including two major factors,selfefficacy and social support, and relationship between them, and pointed out the deficiency of the research areas in width and depth
