摘要
职业自我效能感是在自我效能感的基础上发展起来的,对职业行为有非常大的影响,与人们的现实生活紧密联系。近年来已成为心理学研究的热点问题之一,它的研究极大地丰富自我效能感理论的研究内容。本文试图对目前关于职业自我效能感的相关研究及研究成果做一个整理和概括,使人们对职业自我效能感有一个更全面的认识。
Career self-efficacy was developed on the basis of self-efficacy , It had great influence to the professional behavior and related closely with people＇s real life. In recent years, Career self-efficacy had became one of the hot topic in psychological research and it enriched the theory of self-efficacy research content. This paper tired to summarize the correlation studies and research findings about career self-efficacy,aimed to help people had a more comprehensive understand- ing about career self-efficacy.
