摘要
中原油田属非均质砂岩油田,断块多,以破碎性地层为主,渗透率差异大;层间、层内压力系统差异大,钻井过程中经常发生严重的井涌、井漏等复杂事故。对QS-2、LFT-70、DF-1、QPL-Y的随钻防漏堵漏效果进行了室内实验,并分析了它们的作用机理,介绍了它们的工艺要求。结果表明,几种随钻防漏堵漏剂复配在一起的防漏堵漏效果优于单一的随钻防漏堵漏剂,提高了地层的承压强度。形成了一套适合中原油田不同地层、不同漏失情况相对应的随钻防漏堵漏工艺技术。
The geologic conditions in Zhongyuan Oilfield are very complex, drilling accidents frequently occur, in which lost circulation accounts for the most harmful damage. Several lost circulation control and plugging additives are investigated and tested. Test data shows that their combination use is much more effective than used separately, at the same time the pressure load of formation is enhanced. Field examples in different conditions are given.
