摘要
讨论了暂堵剂的配制和影响因素,得到暂堵剂的配方为:成胶剂聚丙烯酰胺的分子量为300万左右,水解度为5%~15%,加量为0.6%~1.0%;螯合物LQ1或LQ2的加量为4%~8%;破胶剂过氧化叔了基的加量为0~0.05%。通过对其性能进行评价,发现该暂堵剂具有良好的堵塞效果和耐碱性、抗盐性,且地面粘度低,对地层伤害小。
The paper discusses the preparation of temporary blocking agent and its influence factors, the resultant formulation of temporary blocking agent is: PHP with molecular weight of about 3, 000, 000, hydrolytic degree of 5 % ~ 15%,and an amount of application of 0. 6 % ~ 1. 0% ;the amount of application of chelate (LQ1 or LQ2) is 4 % ~8 %; and that of gel breaker(peroxide tert-butyl)being 0~0.05 %. The assessment of the properties shows that the temporary blocking agent possesses high blockage effect, strong salt--resistant and alkali-- resistant ability, low ground viscosity, and low formation damage.
