复合化学凝胶堵漏技术在四川地区的应用 被引量:20

APPLICATION OF A NEW MATERIAL FOR LOST CIRCULATION CONTROL IN SICHUAN OILFIELD

摘要 四川地区地层破碎、裂缝孔洞发育、部分地层胶结性差,钻井作业中井漏问题突出,有的地层对压力敏感,常规的桥塞堵漏或单一的化学凝胶堵漏效果不理想。通过化学凝胶和桥塞堵漏剂进行复配,形成复合化学凝胶堵漏技术。复合化学凝胶堵漏剂具有较好的"架桥"封堵能力和弹性变形能力,能有效地将桥接堵漏材料胶结起来,达到提高堵漏效果和地层承压能力的目的。实验评价结果表明,复合化学凝胶堵漏剂对由20目~40目的漏失砂床具有很好的封堵能力,封堵层的承压能力大于10MPa。复合化学凝胶堵漏技术在四川地区的分水1井进行了3次堵漏试验,成功率为100%,具有扩大推广应用的前景。 Lost circulation is a serious problem in drilling operation in Sichuan Oilfield,because of its fractured formation,developed crack and hole,and poor formation cementing properties. In addition,some formation is sensitive to pressure. In this formation,the failure of lost circulation control used LCM or chemistry gel material was frequently encountered. To solve the problem,a new composite gelled material was developed,and the composite gel sealing technology was formed. The composite gel lost circulation additive has better 'bridging' shut-off capacity and elastic deformation capability,can effectively cement the lost circulation material and achieve the goals of improving sealing effect and pressure capacity of formation. Under a pressure of 10MPa,good results were obtained by using the new material for lost circulation control in laboratory. The new composite gelled material was successfully used three times in well Fenshui 1 of Sichuan Oilfield,the sealing success ratio was 100%.
