摘要
在交联剂存在下使丙烯酸钠、丙烯酰胺、季铵盐单体及抗高温单体进行引发共聚合,制得交联聚合物凝胶,机械破碎后在胶体磨中研磨至一定粒度,得到遇水膨胀型交联聚合物凝胶颗粒堵水剂JAW。在室内对主要性能所作的评价表明,该堵水剂抗温性良好(≤130℃),堵水率高(>92%)而堵油率低(<8%),具有良好的封堵选择性。
The titled agent JAW is a swellable particulated crosslinked polymer gel desintegrated in saturated salt solution by using a colloid mill to particle size 20-30μm. The gelled polymer is prepared from sodium acrylate, acrylamide, a monomeric tertiary ammonium, and a temperature-stabilizing monomer by an initiated polymerization procedure at the presence of a crosslinker. The gelled polymer granulae swell several tens times in NaCl 2 solution up to 10% and in CaCl 2 solutions up to 1% at 25-130℃. In a set of core tests, a 0.5% milled gelled polymer suspension in 2% KCl solution causes a reduction in core permeability for water phase more than 92% and for oil phase much less than 8%. JAW can be used for selective indepth water plugging in high temperature oil wells and profile modification in water injection wells.
