摘要
首次利用改良的超声波处理花粉方法将植酸酶基因phy转化到玉米基因组中,进行遗传转化和转化效率的验证研究。分子检测结果表明,该基因能够有效整合到玉米基因组中,并可以有效转录表达,从而证明超声波处理花粉转化技术是一种适合玉米的方便而有效的遗传转化途径。
At present experiment, the phytase gene was transferred into maize genome using the modified uhrasound-assisted transformation via maize pollen. The results showed that the gene was integrated into the maize genome confirmed by PCR amplification, and the target mRNA can be detectable at the transcriptional lever. These findings proved that the ultrasound-assisted transformation is a convenient alternative and feasible for maize genetic transformation effectively.
