摘要
玉米的转基因研究是国内外植物分子生物学研究的热点之一。自 1990年以来 ,玉米转基因研究取得了显著进展 ,目前已有转基因的抗虫、抗除草剂玉米杂交种进入商品化生产。从玉米转化受体系统、转化方法、筛选方法以及外源基因在转基因后代中的遗传表达等方面 。
Maize is an important crop in the world as well as in China. Maize transformation research is a 'hot spot' in the area of plant molecular genetics. Tramendous progresses have been made on maize transformation study since 1990. Transgenic maize hybrids with insect resistance and herbicide resistance have been commerciallized. We reviewed progresses made on the various aspects on maize transformation research induding establishment of competent receiptor system, approaches of transformation, screenning of transgenic lines, and the inheritance and expression of transfened genes in transgenic offsprings.
