摘要
从转基因技术、农杆菌介导的受体以及影响农杆菌转化的因素和玉米转基因的现状等方面,综述了在玉米中农杆菌介导转基因的进展。
The technique of transformation via agrobacterium tumefaciens in maize has been applied since 1990. In the paper the new progress made in gere transfomation of maise with agrobacterium tumefaciens was summarized,including approaches of transformtion and the factors affecting transformatiom efficiency.
