摘要 目的:探讨有利于优质护理工作开展的绩效管理模式。方法:从岗位层级分值、护理工作量积分、工作质量奖惩、七室规范化管理考核4个方面设计护理人员量化考核标准,进行动态量化绩效考核管理,每月汇总1次,考察护士综合素质、病人满意度等。结果:实行绩效管理后,各项护理质量指标、病人满意度、护士工作积极性和主动性及业务能力均明显提高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:在优质护理服务中实行绩效管理,有利于提高护理质量、病人满意度及护士的综合素质,提升优质护理的服务内涵。 Objective:To investigate the quality of care will help to carry out performance management.Methods:From post-level scores,nursing workload integration,quality of work rewards and punishments,standardized management,room evaluation of these four aspects of the design standards of nursing quantitative assessment,dynamic quantitative performance appraisal management,a monthly summary,study nurses,overall quality,patient satisfaction.Results After the implementation of performance management,quality of care indicators,patient satisfaction,nurses enthusiasm and initiative and operational capabilities were significantly improved,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The high-quality care in the implementation of performance management,will help improve the quality of care,patient satisfaction and overall quality of nurses and enhance quality care and service content.
