摘要
介绍了护理人员绩效考核敏感指标的概念及运用、国外护理人员绩效考核敏感指标、国内护理人员绩效考核敏感指标。指出绩效考核敏感指标的制定及实施标准的教育、考核等仍需探讨,在有限的人力资源的基础上将国外指标本土化并进行高效利用。
It introduced the concept and application of sensitive indicators of nursing staff performance appraisal,sensitive indicators of nursing staff performance appraisal in abroad and at home.It pointed out that development of sensitive indicators of nursing staff performance appraisal,and implementation of standardized education and examination still need to probe into.Foreign indicators should be made localization and used efficiently on the basis of limited human resources.
