摘要
目的：探讨PDCA循环法在外科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年2～8月外科住院患者708例为对照组,实施常规管理;选取2014年9月～2015年3月外科住院患者644例为观察组,应用PDCA循环法进行护理质量管理,比较两组患者护理满意度及各项护理质量指标情况。结果：观察组患者护理满意度及各项护理质量指标均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：通过PDCA循环管理能有效提高外科护理质量。
Objective： To explore the applicative effects of PDCA cycle method in quality continuous improvement of surgical nursing. Methods： Selected 708 cases of inpatients from February to August in 2014 in department of surgery as control group,adopted routine management; selected 644 cases of inpatients from September 2014 to March in 2015 in department of surgery as observation group,adopted PDCA cycle method to have nursing quality management. The nursing satisfaction and various nursing quality indexes were compared in these two groups. Results： The nursing satisfaction and various nursing quality indexes of patients in observation group was better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The PDCA cycle management could improve the surgical nursing quality efficiently.
