摘要
目的通过成立不同护理管理组,探讨护理部年度工作计划制定和落实的管理方法。方法成立6个护理管理组,围绕医院发展总目标制定护理工作目标,在护理部领导和协调下通过6个管理组分解细化目标并组织落实。结果提高了年度工作计划落实率,全员规范化培训合格率及护士长的管理能力,促进了护理质量的提高。结论成立不同护理组分解细化目标的管理方法,可操作性强,培养了管理者的管理能力,提高了护理人员对目标任务的知晓率和落实率,提高了完成任务的效率和质量。
Objective To explore the management methods of plan formulation and implementation through setting up various nuring management team. Methods According to the general goals of the hospital development, six nursing management teams were set up directed by nursing department. Then, they established the specified objectives and plans and implemented the corresponding measures. Results This practice improved the implementation rate of yearly working plans, enhanced head nurses' management competence,increased the qualified rate of standardized nurse training, as well as improved the quality of nursing. Conclusion The management mode is proved to be feasible and effective,which can train head nurses' management ability, enhance nurses' awareness of objectives, ensure the implementation of plans, and improve the efficiency and quality of nursing.
