摘要
通过建立连铸板坯二维非稳态传热数学模型 ,分析了拉速、冷却强度和钢水过热度对铸坯表面温度的影响 ,改进和完善了现行的二冷配水制度。为进一步扩大攀钢板坯连铸新品种和提高铸坯质量奠定了基础。
The effects of casting speed, cooling conditions and superheat on strand surface temperature have been analyzed and the water distribution in secondary cooling zones has been improved by using two-dimensional transient mathematical model of heat transfer, which have provided references for increasing new steel grades and improving slab quality at Pan Zhihua Iron & Steel Company.
