摘要
通过建立板坯连铸二维非稳态传热数学模型,并对攀钢板坯连铸二冷工艺参数的实测数据进行分析后,推算并验证了二冷段各冷却区的平均换热系数与水量的关系式。为进一步优化攀钢二冷配水制度奠定了基础。
The formulas between the mean heat transfer coefficients and water flux of the secondary cooling regions have been obtained and verified after establishing two-dimensional transient heat transfer mathematical model and analyzing the measured technological parameters of Pangang's slab continuous caster. The research results have lain a foundation for further optimizing Pangang's slab continuous caster's secondary cooling system.
