摘要
依据凝固传热理论建立数学模型 ,探讨了网格尺寸和时间步长对数值计算结果的影响。编制传热计算程序 ,分析不同拉速下铸坯的凝固状况 。
According to the theory of heat transfer and solidification,mathematic model is established.The influences of space and time-step on the result of numerical calculation are studied.After programmed on computer,the states of slab solidifications under different casting speed are analyzed.The reasonable evaluation of original water table of the cast machine has been done based on metallurgical criterion.
