摘要
目的探讨临床综合实习对护理本科生评判性思维倾向的影响。方法使用中文版加利福尼亚评判性思维倾向测量表(Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version,CTDI-CV)对350名的护理本科生分别于实习前后进行问卷调查。结果临床实习后护理本科生的CTDI-CV总分低于实习前(P<0.05),实习后护生寻求真相、开放思想、系统化能力、认知成熟度4个维度得分低于实习前(P<0.05)。实习医院等级、类型以及实习时间对CTDI-CV得分影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床综合实习后护生评判性思维倾向性降低,提示护理院校及实习医院领导应重视实践教学管理,加强实习护生评判性思维的培养。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive clinical practice on nursing undergraduates' critical thinking. Methods A total of 350 nursing undergraduates were investigated with the California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory- Chinese Version(CTDI-CV) before and after clinical practice. Results Through comprehensive clinical practice, the total score of CTDI-CV of nursing undergraduates was significantly lower after practice (P〈0.05). The scores of truth seeking, open-minded, system activity and maturity were significantly lower after clinical practice (P〈0.05). The grade and type of the practice hospital and practice time exerted no significant effect on the total score of CTDI-CV (P〉0.05). Conclusion Currently, comprehensive clinical practice is not helpful in improving nursing students' critical thinking. As a result, nursing schools and hospitals would enhance the management of practice teaching and attach importance to the development of students' critical thinking.
