摘要
目的:探讨高职护生评判性思维能力的现状,分析其影响因素,为高职护理教学改革提供依据。方法:采用一般资料调查表和评判性思维态度倾向性测量表对2010级和2011级高职护生393名进行问卷调查。结果:高职护生评判性思维能力总分平均为(281.51±28.27)分,说明高职护生具有正性评判性思维倾向,不同专业、是否实习、有无兼职经历、不同阅读时间和购书费用的护生得分具有统计学差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:高职护生评判性思维能力有待加强,高职护理教育应在人才培养、课程设置和教学方法等方面改变传统的教育观念,进一步培养和强化护生评判性思维能力。
Objective: To investigate the current status of critical thinking ability of high vocational nursing students, analyze its influencing factors, provide the basis for the reform of high vocational nursing teaching. Methods: Critical thinking ability of 393 high vocational nursing students in class of 2010 and 2011 was investigated by Critical Thinking Ability Measurement Table-Chinese Version (CTDI-CV). Results: The high vocational nursing students critical thinking ability total average score was 281.51 ~ 28.27, it indicated that the high vocational nursing students had positive tendency of critical thinking. There were statistically difference between different students of professions, the practice experience, part-time experiences, reading time and textbook costs (P 〈0.001, P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The nursing education should focus on personnel training, curriculum and teaching methods change to further develop and strengthen critical thinking skills of high vocational nursing students.
