摘要
目的:了解在校大专护生评判性思维倾向性,为高等护理教学改革提供依据。方法:对在校220名全日制护理大专生运用评判性思维倾向测量表(CTDI-CV)进行问卷调查。结果:护理大专生评判性思维倾向性总分为(284.42±28.67)分,总体呈正性评判性思维倾向,一、二年级护生评判性思维倾向总分比较差异具有统计学意义(t=2.14,P<0.05),在开放思想、求知欲、认知成熟度3项特质上一年级与二年级的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理大专生总体具备正性的评判性思维倾向,但在开放思想、求知欲、认知成熟度方面的评判性思维特质有待加强。
Objective:To explore the critical thinking disposition of nursing students in orde to provide information for setting up nursing education strate- gies. Methods:Do questionnaire survey of California critical thinking disposition inventory (CCTDI) on 220 nursing students. Results:The total CCTDI score of nursing students was (284.42 ±28.67) ,which was at medium level in general. The differences of CCTDI score between different grades were significant ( t = 2. 14, P 〈 0. 05 ). The scores of CCTDI were also different in open - mindedness, ability of analyze and maturity between different grades (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: It is suggested that nursing students showed higher level of critical thinking disposition, but it is necessary to strengthen the open - mindedness, ability of analyze and maturity.
