摘要
目的:研究二次萃取-连续流动分析法检测水质中阴离子表面活性剂的方法。方法:采用BRAN+LUEBBEAA3型连续流动分析仪,样品中的阴离子表面活性剂和碱性亚甲基蓝反应形成一个化合物,该化合物被萃取到氯仿中并由相分离器分离。之后氯仿相被酸性亚甲基蓝洗涤以除去干扰物质并在第二个相分离器中被再次分离。氯仿中的蓝色化合物由比色法在660 nm下被测定。结果:方法的线性相关性好(r>0.9990,n=6),标准及样品测定的相对标准偏差分别为RSD≤4.40%、RSD≤3.51%,检出限为4.1μg/L(EPA论证值),回收率范围:87.67%~99.92%。结论:方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,结果令人满意。
Objective:To study a method for the determination of anionic surfactants in water by 2-step extraction air-segmented continuous flow-analysis.Methods:In this paper,BRAN+LUEBBE AutoAnalyzer 3 was selected.Anion surfactants react with alkaline methylene blue to form a complex.The complex was extracted into chloroform.The phase of chloroform was separated by phase separator and washed with acidic methylene blue to remove interfering material.The blue colored complex in chloroform was measured at 660nm colorimetrically.Results:It is showed that this method has a good relativity(r0.9990,n=6),the RSD% of standards and samples were less than 4.40% and 3.51%,respectively,the spike recovery rate in samples was between 87.67% and 99.92% and the detection limit was 4.1 μg/L.Conclusion:The method was rapid,accurate and highly sensitive.The results are satisfactory.
