摘要
连续流动分析法(CFA)作为一种快速、准确的批量检测方法已经广泛应用于国内外烟草行业。根据连续流动分析法的原理,详细介绍了该分析法在烟草中对烟碱、总糖及还原性糖、水溶性糖、总氮、蛋白质、氯以及钾等含量的测定方法及应用,并对连续流动分析法在烟草科学技术中的应用做了展望。
As a quick, accurate and batch quantity analysis method, continuous Flow Analytical Method （CFA） was applied in tobacco industry extensively in domestic and overseas. In this article, the practical application of CFA in domestic tobacco analysis was summarized inelading the application in the measurements of the contents of the nicotine, total sugar, reducing sugar, water soluble sugar, total nitrogen, protein, chlorine and kalium. In addition, the application of CFA in tobacco science and technology was prospected.
