摘要
稠油热采由原来的蒸汽吞吐法发展为蒸汽驱法,使油层温度提高100 ℃左右。由于温度的升高,一方面加速油水介质对抽油泵的腐蚀,造成活塞外表面镀镍层剥离;另一方面由于活塞与泵筒的环境温差加大,造成活塞与泵筒的间隙减小。剥离的镍层挤焊在过小的间隙之间是造成抽油泵被卡死的主要原因。
