摘要
在分析常规抽油泵在出砂油井中发生砂磨、砂卡柱塞的机理 ,以及泵不适应出砂油井工况的结构缺陷的基础上 ,创新设计了等径刮砂柱塞抽油泵 ,从根本上消除了砂卡、砂磨柱塞及泵筒的问题。这种改进设计的抽油泵工作原理与常规抽油泵相同 ,但具有 3个方面的独特优势 :( 1)防砂卡、防砂磨特性 ,能最大限度地延长柱塞和泵筒的使用寿命 ;( 2 )自动冲洗砂粒 ,防止砂卡柱塞 ;( 3)与常规泵相比 ,等径刮砂柱塞防砂泵具有明显的技术及性能优势 ,能有效延长油井生产周期 ,节省油井材料费用和作业费用 。
The mechanism of wear and sticking of conventional subsurface pumps in sandy wells is analyzed. A subsurface pump with equal diameter sand-scraping plunger is developed. This pump has 3 unique advantages: (1) eliminating wear and sticking of pump, extending the service life of the plunger and pump barrel to the greatest degree; (2) washing sand particles automatically to prevent the plunger stuck; (3) extending production cycle of oil wells and reducing production cost effectively.
