摘要
克拉玛依油田九_6先导试验区齐古组油藏为特稠油、薄互层、非均质性严重的稠油油藏。目前该油藏已全面转入蒸汽驱试验。为搞清蒸汽吞吐历程中产量(产油、产水)、温度、压力及剩余油、地层水的变化规律,以及蒸汽驱生产特征和研究改善蒸汽驱生产效果的途径等问题,特选用20×19×3的三维两相全油藏模型进行跟踪模拟综合研究。通过历史拟合表明,经2~3轮吞吐后,地层已构成热连通,地下剩余油尚可满足汽驱起始要求,因此认为试验区3轮末4轮初转汽驱时间延后半年左右。由于吞吐期间地下存水及注采不平衡对蒸汽驱生产已产生不利影响,因此利用该模型进行段塞注汽、变速注汽、变井网生产及汽驱后期改注冷水等对比研究。结果表明,上述措施在不同程度上可改善汽驱效果。故本项研究结果将有助于试验区后续蒸汽驱工作,对类似油藏的开发及大面积蒸汽驱亦将有一定的指导意义。
Pilot test area in Qigu oiffield in the 9_6 area,Karamay oilfield is charac- terized by extra viscous oil,thin intercalated pay zone and high heterogenei- ty.Currently,whole pilot area is operated by steam drive.In order to under- stand the variation of the distribution of water saturation as well as the rema- ining oil,reservoir pressure and temperature,and the fluid production(oil and water),and production characteristics,and to study measures taken for an improvement of the results of steam drive,an overall follow-up simulation of the reservoir using a 3-d,2-phase modle with a 20×19×3 grid network is ca- rried out.Results of history matching show that the reservoir is thermally interconnected after 2-3 cycles of steam huff and puff,and remaining oil in the reservoir satisfies the requirement of starting of steam drive.Thus,steam drive of this reservoir at the end of 3rd steam huff and puff cycle means a delay of about half an year.Due to the water storage in the reservoir and in- equilibrium between the injection and production during the huff and puff pro- cess,undesirable effects well be produced to the steam injection.Slug steam injection,variable rate injection,variation in the well pattern,and cold water injection at the end of steam injection are studied to give a comparison with the conventional steam injection by the same modle.Results show that results of steam injection cam be improved to certain extent by above measures.Re- suits of this study are helpful to the steam drive process here after in this region and will give some guide to the development of similar reservoirs and a large scale steam drive process.
