摘要
引入了抽油泵“等效泵隙”的概念,分析了按泵隙等级选泵的弊病,提出了采用等效泵隙作为油井选泵的依据,介绍了确定等效泵隙的液压试验和真空试验方法,指出采用真空试验具有试验装置简单、可对装配完好的抽油泵直接进行真空试验、试验速度快、效率高和不污染环境等优点,建议我国抽油泵制造厂和油田检泵车间采用真空试验方法确定抽油泵泵隙。
The author analyzes the disadvantages of selecting subsurface pumps according to the clearance grades, introduces a new concept called 'equivalent clearance', and explains why pump selections should base on the equivalent clearance. He introduces both hydraulic test and vacuum test for determining the equivalent clearance, and indicates that vacuum test is preferred because of simpler test device, shorter test period, higher efficiency and no pollution of the environment.
