摘要
根据缝隙流动理论,对杆式抽油泵泵隙流动进行了理论分析,导出了泵隙漏失量和理论最佳泵隙的计算公式,从而为抽油泵泵效的正确计算和配合间隙的正确选择提供了理论依据。
On basis of clearance flow theory, a theoretical analysis of pump clearance flow exists in a sucker rod pump is carried out and a formula for calculating the pump clearance leakage and the optimum theoretical pump clearance is derived, thereby, a theory basis is provided for caculating the pump efficiency and selecting the tolerance clearance.
