摘要
1999年 10月 11～ 2 2日在新疆尼勒克县境内科古琴山南坡孟玛热勒林场进行野生动物病调查时 ,捕获并解剖野生伊犁田鼠 (Microtus ilaeus) 916只 ,其中 7只自然感染多房棘球蚴 ,感染率为 0 .76 %。其中 3只有发育完全的原头节 ;4只为发育不完全的雏囊可见完整角质层和生发层 ,但无原头节。伊犁田鼠体内查获的多房棘球蚴为该绦虫中间宿主的一个新记录。
Nine hundred and sixteen Microtus ilaeus of wildlife were examined in Menmalar forestry center of the south Keguqin mountain in Nilka County,Xinjiang China from October 11～22,1999,when an investigation of wildlife diseases was carried out.Seven rodents was found to be natural infection with metacestode of Echinococcus multilocularis and the infection rate was 0.76%,out of the 7,three had fully grown protoscoleces,and four had the junior cyst showing laminated and germinal layers without protoscolex.The occurrence of metacestode of Echinococcus multilocularis is a new record of intermediate host for this cestode from Microtus ileaus.
