摘要
20 0 1年 5月在新疆塔城地区额敏县境内塔尔巴哈台山和齐吾尔喀什尔山区域的巴衣木扎地区在一只水鼠平(Arvicola terrestris Linnaeus,1 758)肝脏中发现有多房棘球蚴 (Metacestode of Echinococcus multilocularis)自然感染 ,感染率为 1 .6% (1 / 61 ) 。
The natural infection of Echinococcus multilocularis metacestode was found in one of 61 water voles captured in Bayimuza area of Emin County, Xinjiang when a field survey was carried out in May, 2001. The prevalence rate was 1.6%. It is the first record in China and we suggest that the water voles be an important intermediate host in transmission of alveolar echinococcosis in northern Xinjiang.
