野生动物棘球绦虫感染检测方法的研究进展 被引量:4

Progress in the detection methods of wild animals infected with Echinococcusspecies

摘要 论述了棘球绦虫野生动物宿主的种类、分布与感染情况,介绍了剖检法、粪抗原-ELISA检测方法、分子生物学检测方法等棘球绦虫感染检测方法的研究进展,并提出了存在的问题及解决途径,为野生动物棘球绦虫(蚴)病的控制与诊断提供指导。 This paper reviews the species, distribution and infection status of wild animals with Echinococcus spp. The progress in detection methods for Echinococcus spp. infection in wild animals including anatomical,coproantigen-ELISA, copro-DNA-PCR, and copro-DNA-LAMP were introduced and their disadvantages and problem-solving approaches in order to provide the guidelines for the control and diagnosis of echinococcosis in wild animals were discussed too.
