摘要
社区卫生服务机构是应对突发公共卫生事件的网底。本研究在分析社区卫生服务机构医护人员对社区应对突发公共卫生事件的认知问卷调查基础上,运用SWOT分析法对社区卫生服务机构开展卫生应急工作的内部环境(优势、劣势)和外部条件(机遇、威胁)进行系统分析,并提出提升社区卫生服务机构卫生应急能力的几点策略。
Community health service organizations play a mesh-bottom role in public health emergency.Based on the cognition survey of community medical staff,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and risks of health emergency in community health service organizations were analyzed by SWOT analysis.Proposals are made in this paper to improve the health emergency response capacity of community health service organizations.
