摘要
目的了解广州市社区中老年居民接受临终关怀的影响因素,为有针对性地开展临终关怀服务提供依据。方法于2013年6月至2019年5月便利抽取广州市某社区中老年居民1491名进行问卷调查,数据使用SPSS 22.0进行统计分析。结果32.60%的中老年居民有意愿接受临终关怀服务;Logistic回归分析显示,公务员、个体户、离休干部有意愿接受临终关怀的OR值分别是农民的3.869、4.102、4.972倍;城镇居民医保、城镇职工医保者有意愿接受临终关怀的OR值分别是无医保者的1.946、2.289倍。月收入4500~、6500~、≥8500元者有意愿接受临终关怀的OR值分别是月收入<4500元者的1.902、3.449、19.121倍。了解临终关怀的中老年居民有意愿接受临终关怀的OR值是不了解临终关怀者的3.859倍。结论受调查的中老年居民对临终关怀的了解和接受程度都较低,应根据中老年居民的职业等具体情况有针对性地开展临终关怀宣传,促进临终关怀在我国的普及。
Objective To analyze the factors related to hospice care for middle-aged and elderly residents in a receiving community of Guangzhou,and provide evidence for carrying out hospice care services.Methods From June 2013 to May 2019,a total of 1491 middle-aged and elderly residents in Hualin street community,Liwan district,Guangzhou city were randomly selected as research objects,and the data were statistically analyzed with SPSS statistical software.Results According to the survey,32.6%of residents were willing to accept hospice care services.Logistic regression model analysis showed that regarding farmers as reference,the OR values for civil servants,self-employed workers and retired cadres receiving hospice care were 3.869,4.102 and 4.972,respectively.Regarding the self-payment of medical insurance as reference,the OR values of hospice care for urban residents and urban employees were 1.946 and 2.289,respectively.Regarding group with monthly income<4500 as reference,the OR values for the group with income≥4500 and<6500,group with income≥6500 and<8500,group with income≥8500 was 1.902,3.449 and 19.121,respectively.Middle-aged and elderly Residents who knew about hospice care were 3.859 times more likely to receive it than those who didn’t.Conclusion The investigated middle-aged and elderly residents have a low understanding and acceptance of hospice care,so the publicity related to hospice care should be carried out according to the specific situations such as the residents’education level and occupation,so as to promote the popularization of hospice care in China.
