摘要
目的 合理高效利用现有发热门诊 ,使有限的医疗资源最大限度地发挥作用。方法 以朝阳医院发热门诊的设置为模板 ,探讨如何最有效地利用医疗资源。结果 发热门诊、肠道门诊、肝炎门诊及感染科病房集中设置在医院一相对独立的区域 ,冬春季防SARS反弹应急时期此区域全部归发热门诊使用 ,平稳时期可同时诊治其他感染性疾病的患者。结论 发热门诊在防止SARS反弹中起着至关重要的作用 ,在当前各级医疗机构医疗资源都很宝贵的情况下 ,如何在防止SARS反弹的应急时期与平稳时期 。
OBJECTIVE In order to use the limited medical resource most efficiently, we should use the fever clinic reasonable. METHODS Through the establishment of fever clinic in Chaoyang Hospital, to discuss how to use the medical resource efficiently. RESULTS Put clinic rooms for various infectious diseases in an independent area. All of the space used for fever patients during critic times. Under normal situation, it could charge for other infectious patients. CONCLUSIONS Management of fever clinic is very important for prevent SARS infection. We should pay more attention to how to use fever clinic more reasonable and efficient.
