摘要
本文讨论了射频自偏压产生的机理，并认为以射频自偏压作为射频光放电系统的最重要的工艺参数是有道理的。
The problem that how the negative self.bias arises on the RF electrode has discussed in this paper. It is pointed out to be reasonable that the negative self-bias is a useful parameter to monitor RF glow discharge process.
