木文讨论了射频自生负偏压的作用，认为自偏压代表了等离子体状态而且也代表了离子对各个表面的轰击能量。
In this paper,the effect of RF negativo self-bias is discussed. It is demonstrated that RF self bias presents the plasma condition and ion energy bombing onto surfaces.
