摘要
以重庆、四川六所特殊教育学校教师为被试,主要采用问卷调查法考察川渝地区特殊教育学校教师的职业幸福感状况及人口学变量对教师职业幸福感的影响。研究发现:川渝地区特殊教育学校教师的职业幸福感整体水平较高;教龄11-20年是教师职业幸福感水平最低的阶段;是否为省(市)直属特殊学校是影响教师职业幸福感的重要因素;职称、教师所教学科、所承担教学及月收入对教师职业幸福感没有显著影响;人口学变量对教师职业幸福感各维度影响的交互作用显著。
This study, by using questionnaires to survey certain teachers from six special education schools in Chongqing and Sichuan, aims to explore the career happiness of teachers from special education sellools in these areas, .as well as the effect of demographic variables on the career happiness of teachers. The results show the following: the teachers from special education schools demonstrate a high level of career happiness; those with 11 - 20 years of teaching show the lowest level of career happiness; whether to work in special education schools directly under the provincial or municipal government has an important effect on their job burnout; their professional title, the subjects they teach, the teaching tasks they undertake, and their salary have no significant effect on their career happiness; and demographic variables have a significant interactive effect on different dimensions of their job burnout.
