摘要
分析企业知识集成是一个由知识的吸收、交流、系统化到创新的过程,基于"过程"研究企业知识集成能力的结构,构建了基于"集成过程"的企业知识集成能力评价体系,运用模糊综合评价方法建立基于"集成过程"的企业知识集成能力评价模型。
To analyze the knowledge integration is the process,namely from a knowledge′s absorption,exchange,systemization to its innovation.The structure of knowledge integration capability based on the integration process was studied,an evaluation system for knowledge integration capability of enterprises was established.The use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the ＂integration process＂ evaluation model of enterprise knowledge integration capabilities was established.
