摘要
企业资源基础理论是战略管理理论的最新发展。本文首先总结了战略管理的各发展阶段 ,指出资源基础理论标志着战略管理领域正日益关注企业的内部资源。然后 ,本文介绍了资源基础理论这一战略管理新视角的理论框架。最后 ,在综述研究现状的基础上 ,对该理论的发展趋势作了预计。
Resource-base view (RBV) is the latest development of strategic management. This paper summarizes the different stages of strategic management, pointing out that RBV indicates more attention of resources in corporations within strategic management field. Then, it introduces RBV as a new perspective of strategic management. At last, on the base of summarizing the status of research, this paper forecasts the trends of RBV.
