摘要 本文针对隐性知识的特征及其传播特点 ,应用系统动力学方法 ,建立了组织内部隐性知识传播的微分动力学模型。分析了影响组织隐性知识传播渐近解的主要参数控制 ,指出了一些改进隐性知识传播效率的途径。通过案例验证了所给模型的有效性。 According to the characteristics of implicit knowledge and its transfer process, this paper applies a systemic dynamic method to establish a differential dynamic model for intra-organization implicit knowledge transfer. Then the main parameters influencing the asymptotic solution of the transfer process are analyzed, and some new methods to improve the implicit knowledge transfer efficiency are put forward. Finally, an example is used to verify this model's efficiency.
