摘要
为了对区域新产品开发的绩效进行全面有效的测量,从区域新产品开发绩效评价的目的和基本原则出发,确立定性指标和定量指标相结合的评价指标体系,并在此基础上建立了区域新产品开发绩效的综合评价模型。
In order to make an all-around evaluation of regional product innovation performance,this paper,has formulated an evaluating index system with quantitative and qualitative view according to the evaluating destination and principle.Based on this,the comprehensive evaluating model is established.
