摘要
以一篇论文审稿专家的遴选为例,分析高质量的评审意见对论文修改和完善的重要作用,提出了选择审稿专家的思路和专业编辑的必备素质。
Taking the peer reviewers＇ selection of one paper as an example, this paper analyzes the important role of high quality evaluation in the modification and improvement of a paper, and puts forward the principle of peer reviewers＇ selection and the necessary qualities of professional editors.
