摘要
介绍学术期刊审稿专家数据库设计开发的基本思路及其使用方法。开发的数据库具有目的性强、用户注册和数据添加维护开放、动态更新修改专家信息。
This paper introduces the design principles and use methods of an online peer reviewer database. The characteristics of the database are, the purpose of the development is very clear, which is for the peer review of the scientific journals; the database is open for user registering and data adding; the revision of the reviewers' information is dynamic; and finally the accuracy of the data can be guaranteed.
