摘要
分析科技期刊的审稿失范现象及产生的原因 ,提出遏制审稿失范的措施 ,以提高审稿质量和刊物的总体质量 ,提升刊物的整体形象和国际竞争力。
The phenomenon of losed rules in manuscript review process and the reasons in sci-tech periodicals are analyzed. Some measures to keep away losed rules are proposed in order to raise review quality and synthetic quality of the periodicals, furthermore to upgrade periodical's status and international competition force. =
