摘要
高校科技学术期刊审稿是保证刊物学术质量的必要措施 ,是科技进步的重要手段之一。为了提高稿件的评审质量 ,缩短审稿时滞 ,需要寻求合理的审稿方式 ,可灵活地采用校内外审相结合 ,双盲、单盲、公开 3种方法共用的多种模式 ,关键是要找准德才兼备的审稿专家。
