摘要
专家审稿在高校学报编辑工作中是一种机制。专家审稿的主要作用为:准确评价稿件的学术价值,对高校学报是否采用稿件起重要作用;解决学术方面的疑难问题,帮助编辑人员对稿件内容的理解;增强高校学报的知名度,对高校学报增强学术性有重要意义。在选择专家审稿时,应注意的因素为公平公正;认真负责;专业权威性及语文修养。
Experts drafting and finalizing manuscripts is a mechanism of journal editing in colleges and universities.The main functions of it are:1.to evaluate the academic value of the manuscripts accurately,which is vital for the journal to choose manuscripts;2.to solve academic problems and help editor comprehend the contents of the manuscripts;3.to strengthen the celebrity rating of the journal,which is of great significance.In choosing experts,the following factors should be kept in mind:fairness and justice,being earnest and responsible,authoritative and literary accomplishment.
