摘要 目的:研究豫医无毛小鼠H 抗原系统的同源性。方法:采用近交培育20 代2 月龄雌性豫医无毛小鼠皮肤异体移植法。结果:经100 d 观察,受试小鼠无急慢性排斥反应发生,移植皮片全部为永久性接受。结论:豫医无毛小鼠突变种群经20 代近交培育,组织相容性抗原一致。 Aim:To study the homology of H antigens in Yuyi hairless (YYHL)mice.Methods:Skin isografting was performed on inbred YYHL mice at age of 2 months.Result:There were no acute or chronic exclusions with the tested mice after being observed for 100 days.All the grafts were taken in permanently.Conclusion:The results suggest that the histocompatibility antigens are identical and the genes are provided with highly isogenicity in the mutant strain of YYHL mice after inbeding for 20 generations.
