摘要
目的 比较研究不同周龄无毛小鼠的生长情况及皮肤变化的特点。方法 通过称重 ,肉眼及解剖显微镜观察、组织学及扫描电镜方法对生长和皮肤的特点进行比较。结果 昆明种无毛小鼠生长良好 ,脱毛稳定 ,外观酷似裸鼠 ,皮肤结构接近人。结论 昆明种无毛小鼠可望成为某些皮肤病研究的动物模型 ,有一定的开发和应用价值。
Objective To compare the growth and the s kin characteristics of the KM mutant hairless mice at various age.Met hods The measurements of body weight,observation with eye and under an anatomy microscope,histological examination and screening electron microsco py were performed to compare the growth and the skin characteristics. Results The KM mutant hairless mice liking nude-mice in appearance grew well in common conditions and hair lost stably.The characteristics of skin in structure was similar to that of human beings.Conclusion The KM mutant hairless mice perhaps become an animal model and have some va lue of development and application in some skin dissase research.
