摘要
比较无毛小鼠封闭群与昆明小鼠生长特性的差异。方法：分别测量０至１０周龄两种小鼠的体重，体 长，尾长。结果：第２，４，５，６，７，８，９和１０周龄的体重差异非常显著；第２，４，５周龄的体长差异显著；第４，５周龄的尾长差 异非常显著。结论：与昆明小鼠相比，无毛小鼠生长发育迟缓，性成熟较晚。
Aim:To compare the growth between hairless mice closed colony and KM mice.Methods:body weight,body length and tail length of the mice were measured from 0 to 10 weeks hairless mice and KM mice.Results:These were very difference in body weight at 2,4,5,6,7,8,9and 10weeks,difference in body length at 2,4and 5weeks,very difference in tail length at 4 and 5 weeks.Conclusion:the growth of hairless mice is delay,and puberty is delay compare to KM mice.
