摘要 目的:对培育的豫医无毛小鼠封闭群的生物学特性进行研究。方法:以昆明小鼠作对照,分别对不同日龄豫医无毛小鼠的体重、体长及脏器重进行测定。测交实验测定突变基因的类型。一般组织学方法研究其皮肤结构,并观察描述了无毛小鼠的脱毛规律。结果:无毛小鼠生长发育迟缓,寿命缩短,且皮肤组织学结构变化显著,突变基因经测交试验证实为常染色体上的单一隐性基因。结论:无毛小鼠有别于裸鼠和昆明小鼠。 Aim:To study the biological characteristics on closed colony of Yuyi hairless mice.Method:Contrasting with KM mouse to determine the weight and length of body,and the organs weight of Yuyi hairless mice at different ages.With test cross experiment to judge the type of mutant gene,with histology method to study the skin structure,and describing the rule of hair lost.Results:Hairless mouse grows slower,life span shortens,and the histological structure of skin changes remarkably.It has been confirmed that the mutant gene is a recessive gene in somatic chromosome by test cross experiment.Conclusion:Yuyi hairless mouse is different from nude and KM mice,and has the unique biology characteristics.
