摘要
分析了豫医无毛小鼠的２２个骨髓细胞Ｇ显带核型，并以正常昆明小鼠做对照，两小鼠Ｇ显带标本均能观察到显示大带和小带的两种带型细胞，根据其带型能区分各号染色体，两种小鼠大带带型基本相同。
Analysis on G-banding patterns of the 22 bone marrow cells chromosomes in Yuyi h airless mice
and Kunming mice, Two types of G-banding patterns (major and minor-bands) are observed. The
karyotype can be distingaished by the characteristic banding patte rns. The G-banding patterns of
the two kinds mice lines are identical.
