摘要
目的了解女性志愿者15 d头低位卧床实验期间主要膳食营养素摄取情况。方法采用称重和化学分析相结合的方法对22名志愿者15 d卧床前期和后期进行2次膳食调查,每次连续3 d。结果从三大营养素供热构成来看,女性志愿者整个卧床期间蛋白质摄入偏高,碳水化合物摄入偏低,脂肪摄入基本满足要求;头低位卧床对照组(CON)的能量摄入随卧床时间的延长而增加,下体负压锻炼组(LBNP)和自行车功量计联合下体负压综合锻炼防护组(ERGO+LBNP)的能量摄入随卧床时间的延长减少或基本没有变化,但这些变化都没有统计学意义。结论女性志愿者卧床期间的能量摄入基本能满足需要,但三大营养素供热构成不尽合理。
Objective To analyze the intake of chief dietary nutriment for female volunteers during 15 d-6° head-down bed rest(HDBR).Methods Twenty-two healthy female volunteers were performed dietary survey by weighing and analysis during 15 d HDBR.Dietary survey were undergone at the 1st,2nd,3rd,13th,14th,and 15th day of HDBR.Results The intakes of protein were higher than standard,the intakes of fat were sufficient whereas the intakes of carbohydrate were insufficient.The intakes of energy for HDBR control group(CON) increased along with the time of HDBR prolonging,while the intakes of energy for lower body negative pressure group(LBNP) and lower body negative pressure association with bicycle as loaded exercise group(ERGO+LBNP) decreased or did not change.Conclusion The intakes of energy for female volunteers during HDBR were sufficient,but the constitutes of calorigenic nutriments was not proper enough.
